Priorities for District 94

"My campaign is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: when we put Florida first, we must put every Floridian first, our families, our children, and the future we are building together. Florida’s strength has always come from investing in people, opportunity, and shared responsibility. It is time to recommit to that legacy and move it forward."

Addressing Florida’s Cost-of-Living Crisis

Too many lifelong residents are being priced out of the communities where they were raised. Families are squeezed by soaring home prices, rising property insurance premiums, escalating energy costs, and higher grocery bills.

  • Increase housing availability without sacrificing neighborhood stability.

  • Stabilize the property insurance market to bring relief to homeowners.

  • Promote transparency and accountability in energy pricing.

  • Protect working families and seniors on fixed incomes from policies that drive up everyday costs.

Florida should be a place where teachers, first responders, young families, and retirees can afford to live-not just visit.

Expanding Access to Affordable
Healthcare-Close to Home

In parts of District 94, families must drive an hour or more to reach a hospital. Limited local access to healthcare, rising insurance costs, provider shortages, and long emergency room waits are placing real strain on working families and seniors.

When primary care is unavailable nearby, small health concerns turn into medical emergencies. That increases costs, overcrowds emergency rooms, and weakens community health overall.

  • Improve access to hospitals and emergency services in underserved areas.

  • Expand primary and preventive care so families are not forced to travel long distances.

  • Strengthen local healthcare infrastructure to meet the needs of growing communities.

  • Support mental health services so care is available before crises escalate.

  • Reduce the financial burden of insurance and out-of-pocket costs wherever the state has leverage.

No family should have to drive an hour in a medical emergency, wait weeks for an appointment, or choose between paying bills and protecting their health.

Fully Funding Public Schools and Demanding Accountability

Florida’s public schools have been underfunded for too long. Growing communities in District 94 are facing overcrowded classrooms and overextended teachers.

  • Increase public-school funding to reduce overcrowding and expand capacity.

  • Raise teacher pay and improve retention.

  • Invest in safe, modern facilities in fast-growing areas.

  • Prevent tuition inflation tied to voucher funding.

  • Require comparable services for students with special needs.

  • Prioritize financial eligibility so assistance goes to families who truly need it.

Education funding should strengthen opportunity while maintaining accountability for taxpayer dollars.

Responsible Growth and Community Protection and Safety

District 94 communities were not designed for unchecked, high-density expansion that overwhelms roads, drainage systems, water quality, and public safety. Growth must be responsible and infrastructure must come first.

I will fight reckless overdevelopment that threatens farmland, clean water, and neighborhood stability. Major projects should not move forward unless infrastructure keeps pace and residents have full transparency into the impact on traffic, flooding, taxes, and public safety.

I oppose building massive data centers that drain our power and water, burden residents, and industrialize our communities for little local benefit.

Families deserve a meaningful voice in decisions that affect their homes, their property values, and their quality of life.
