About Florida House District 94

Florida House District 94 stretches across western and northern Palm Beach County, bringing together some of the county’s most historic agricultural communities, rural acreage neighborhoods, and rapidly growing suburban developments.

Largely located west of Florida’s Turnpike, the district reflects both Palm Beach County’s deep roots and its expanding future. At its western edge, the district includes the Glades communities of Belle Glade, Pahokee, and South Bay. These towns sit along the southern shore of Lake Okeechobee and form the agricultural backbone of the region. Generations of families in the Glades have helped power Florida’s farming economy, and their communities remain central to the identity and strength of western Palm Beach County.

Moving east, District 94 includes rural and acreage areas such as Loxahatchee Groves and Jupiter Farms, where open land, equestrian properties, and residential neighborhoods preserve a distinct rural character. These communities offer space and tradition while remaining closely connected to the broader county.

The district also encompasses established and growing suburban areas including Royal Palm Beach, Westlake, and Wellington-adjacent neighborhoods.

In northern Palm Beach Gardens, western portions of the city - including communities west of the Turnpike such as Avenir, - reflect Palm Beach County’s ongoing residential growth. The Club at Ibis, Mirasol, PGA National and surrounding western neighborhoods add to the district’s blend of established residential communities and newer development.

Portions of Jupiter and West Palm Beach further contribute to the district’s diversity, connecting long-standing neighborhoods with expanding residential areas and small business corridors.

Florida House District 94 is defined by its variety — from agricultural towns along the lake, to rural acreage communities, to master-planned developments and established suburban neighborhoods. It is home to farm workers, teachers, small business owners, healthcare professionals, retirees, and young families. Together, these communities represent both the heritage and the future of Palm Beach County.
