BIOGRAPHY

Bobby Eugene Williams Jr. is a pastor, community leader, recovery advocate, and educator running to represent District 94 in the Florida State House. He is a father married to Shereese Williams and they are homeowners.

Called to ministry in 2012, Bobby has served for more than a decade as a preacher, teacher, and pastor. He is the Founder of New Destiny Centers Worldwide and, alongside his wife Shereese Morgan-Williams, the Co-Founder of Morgan-Williams Enterprises, Inc., an organization focused on community outreach, leadership development, and economic empowerment.

Bobby’s public service began early, serving as a Student Government Association (SGA) Representative and Senior Class Secretary. As an adult, he worked on the front lines of recovery and reentry as a Peer Advocate with Rebel Recovery Florida, supporting individuals seeking treatment, housing, employment, and healthcare, and assisting those transitioning back into the community after incarceration.

He is also an active member of Kingdom Builders Worship Center, serving under the leadership of Overseer Cheryl Powell and Executive Pastors Samuel and Carol Philips. Professionally, Bobby serves as a Paraprofessional with the Palm Beach County School District, working directly with students and families in the classroom setting.

Bobby is running for State House to bring principled, experience-based leadership to Tallahassee—strengthening public schools, expanding access to affordable housing and healthcare, supporting recovery and reentry programs, and building safer, stronger communities.

Grounded in faith and driven by service, Bobby Williams is ready to deliver results for District 94.

Fresh Leadership. Real Progress. A Future for All.
